    Jogging in the morning should not exceed more than 20-30 minutes.
    You should train minimum two times per week.
    Do not eat less than an hour before running.
    Before trainings warm up your body: do stretching exercises.
    It is obligatory to calm down after trainings –
    walk calmly about five minutes
